Welcome to the UNH College of Professional Studies!
If you're starting or returning to college, it's important to stay organized. Here's a checklist to help you get started!
Talk to an Advisor
Academic Advisors are available to guide and support you. Whether you have general questions about applying, choosing a degree program, or financial aid, we are eager to assist. After submitting your transcripts, your advisor can also help ensure that you’re receiving the maximum amount of transfer credits applicable toward your degree program.
Academic Advisors will also assist you with course planning and registration. Advisors are advocates - offering support as you complete your degree program.
Apply Online for Free
The admissions application is entirely online. If you have questions, your advisor will be able to help you navigate step-by-step through the online application.
Request Your Transcripts
If you earned credit from one or more previous colleges, make arrangements with these institutions to have your transcripts sent to UNH CPS. This will kick off the process of evaluating your transfer credit so you can apply credits toward your degree.
When submitting your program application, you should include transcripts and any other relevant materials that could be assessed for transfer credit.
This could include:
- Community college transcripts or transcripts for any college-level coursework completed at another four-year institution.
- Military transcripts
- Standardized or equivalency test scores
The UNH CPS CEEB code is: 0458.
